REPORT LOST CARD

Once you lost your card, you should cancel the card immediately.

Method 1: Miss Call 03-2690 1999 to cancel card.

Method 2: Log-in to MM Website to deactivate the card. Once you cancel your MM card, your MM card will be deactivated



Important Reminder:
Deactivated card can�t be recycled, replace with new MM card at any MM merchant
