Dato' Zainal Abidin bin Putih was appointed as chairman of Mobile Money International Sdn Bhd with effect from 1 June 2005. He is a qualified chartered accountant from the England and Wales Institute. He has had extensive experience in public accounting practices. He has held, and continues to hold some of the top positions in the nation's largest organizations.

- Chairman of Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad.
- Chairman of the Malaysian Accounting Standard Board.
- Independent Non-Executive Director on the Tenaga Nasional Berhad.
- Director of ESSO Malaysia Berhad.

Past Positions Held:

- Partner, Executive Director, Country Managing Partner and Chairman in the firm   of Hanafiah Rasian & Mohamad, which merged with Ernst & Young in 2002.
- Chairman of Mentakab Rubber Company Berhad.
- President of Malaysia Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
- Member of the Multimedia & Communication Commission of Malaysia.
