Mobile Money International Sdn Bhd (Mobile Money) was established in February 2005 and currently has a paid up capital of RM25 million. Mobile Money International Sdn Bhd (“MM”) is approved to issue electronic money (e-money) and to conduct remittance service through e-money platform and counter services, under the Bank Negara Malaysia (“BNM”)permission pursuant to:
a) Financial Services Act 2013
b) Money Services Business Act 2011 (Perniagaan Pengiriman Wang - No. Lesen: 00565)

We provide systems and services including instant remittance service, call-to park service, e-wallet service, e-cheque service, mobile payment via Mobile ATM service, e-voucher or subsidy system, payment collection service as well as pay at counter system.
Lee Eng Sia the founder of Mobile Money International Sdn Bhd. He holds Electrical Engineering degree and started his career at Hewlett Packard and stayed there for 9 years. Later, he took over the helm of the family owned tissue business - Nibong Tebal Paper Mill (NTPM) as Managing Director for 12 years.He created two leading brands, namely "Premier" and "Cutie Compact". He was also an angel investor for many start up businesses, including Redtone (telecommunication), Kooka (specialty tissue), HiQ Media (outdoor LED media), P-Plus (electronics), Funfiek Technology (Just won the Best Incubation Award from National Incubation Association), and others.
Dato' Zainal Abidin Putih is the Chairman of Mobile Money International Sdn Bhd. He is a Fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), a Member of The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
Upon qualifying from the ICAEW, Dato’ Zainal joined the firm of Messrs Hanafiah, Raslan & Mohamad, which merged with Ernst & Young in July 2002. He has extensive experience in audit, having worked as a practicing accountant throughout his career covering many principal industries including banks, insurance, energy, transport, manufacturing, government agencies, plantations, properties, hotels, investment companies and unit trusts. He also has good working knowledge of taxation matters and management consultancy, especially in the areas of acquisitions, takeovers, amalgamations, restructuring and public listing of companies.
Dato’ Zainal plays an active role in the community and the corporate world, being a Past President of MICPA, former Chairman of the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board (MASB) and Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad. He was a member of the Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (a body set up by the Malaysian Government to oversee the orderly development of the multimedia and telecommunication industry in Malaysia) and also a member of the Investment Panel of Employees Provident Fund (EPF).
Dato’ Zainal has more than 45 years of experience in various capacities in the corporate sector and was the Chairman of CIMB Bank Berhad until his retirement in June 2020. He is currently the Chairman of Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Land and General Berhad and Tokio Marine Insurans (Malaysia) Berhad. He also sits on the boards of several private limited companies.
Dato Zainal is a Trustee of IJN Foundation, MICPA Educational Trust Fund and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Yayasan Telekom Malaysia.
